Deliverables, rights and costs
Deliverables
Deliverables are defined by how the images will be used and what the project needs. The quote distinguishes individually edited images (processing, colour correction, cropping, high resolution) from batch-processed images, for delivery in larger volumes.
Delivered via an online gallery, available for up to 6 months. RAW files and raw video footage aren't included unless specifically agreed.
Usage rights
The price of a shoot doesn't automatically cover every use: an image can go on to be used across different media and for different purposes.
The quote specifies who can use the images, for what (personal, editorial, commercial…), on which media, for how long, in which territories, and whether exclusivity applies.
In accordance with articles L. 111-1, L. 122-7 and L. 131-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code.
Travel and costs
Travel is included within 50 km of Nantes.
Beyond that, travel costs are calculated based on the journey and stated in the quote. Any additional expenses (train, tolls, parking, meals, accommodation, etc.) are only added with your prior agreement.

What kinds of projects do you take on?
Individuals, athletes, clubs, associations, event organisers, companies, brands, agencies and media outlets looking for photo or video content. Each project is assessed on its own merits.
Why are services quoted individually?
Duration, location, number of participants, deliverables, post-production, turnaround and usage rights all vary from one project to another. A quote sets out a clear scope. The starting prices listed give you a rough idea.
How is the price calculated?
The quote breaks down pre-production, production, post-production, usage rights and any additional costs.
Are usage rights included?
The rights granted are set out in each quote, based on how you plan to use the images.
Do you provide RAW files or raw video footage?
No, unless specifically agreed in writing. Everything is delivered fully edited.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the volume and type of deliverables, and is stated in the quote. Express delivery is available on request.
What happens in case of bad weather or cancellation?

Is travel included?
Yes, within 50 km of Nantes. Beyond that, travel costs may apply and will be stated in the quote.
Can I combine photo and video?
Yes, when the project allows. Each is detailed separately in the quote.
How do I request a quote?
Use the form or send me an email with details of your project, the date, the location and how you plan to use the images.
Why doesn't the number of photos alone determine the price?
The price also depends on preparation time, time on location, post-production, the deliverables required and usage rights. Two projects with a similar number of images may therefore call for very different services.
Can you create content for social media?
Yes. Deliverables can be designed around where they'll be used: website, social media, event communication, partners, press or marketing materials.
Do you work with partners and sponsors?
Yes. How partners or sponsors may use the images can be included in the usage rights set out in the quote.
